In our plant, we bio-treat 100% of the water we use. This allows us to reuse over 90% of it in production and means only clean water returns to the soil.
Our factory is equipped with a cogeneration energy system that uses natural gas to create steam. This steam is also used in the manufacturing process, allowing us to generate 80% of the electricity we use in the plant on site.
Measured by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, evaluating the environmental and social impacts of our products throughout their lifecycle. Santero has earned a 79% Higg Index.
Granted by the Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production, certifying that we abide by the highest standards in labor practices to fight against exploitation and abuse in the workplace.
